Each author will be given 9 minutes for presentation and 6 minutes for discussion. PPTs may be limited to 12 slides. Order could be title slide, overview, objective, background, method, Experiment/analysis details, typical results, contributions, conclusions and acknowledgements.
Authors for Forenoon sessions should load PPTS from 8:30 to 9:00 AM on all the three days in the respective rooms Authors for Afternoon sessions should load PPTS from 13:30 to 14:00 on all the three days in the respective rooms.

Posters should be in place half an hour before the session begins. Poster size is expected to be 44" x 36 ". Download the Template. One of the authors is expected to be stationed at the poster. If any poster is displayed without author, it will not be uploaded on the IEEE Explore.
